We stayed in the area of Mira Flores an affluent district of Lima’s nearly 12 million person population for two nights. On our one full day in Lima our friend Carla’s brother, Hector, took us around the city, starting with breakfast in El Chinto followed by an afternoon exploring Lima’s grand old town and presidential buildings. We had time for a Pisco in Bolivar Hotel off the main square before some dinner in a football themed restaurant called Estadio.
