We stayed near Eden Park at Carrie’s friend Lou’s place, that she shares with her sister and her six-year-old son Van. It was lovely to sleep in a bed after a few days on the road and on the Friday, we visited the nearby extinct volcano crater of Eden Mountain before taking Lou’s Bikram Yoga class in the evening. It was excellent and Carrie was really happy to see her friend from training teach a class. We then went out for dinner at a hip South Indian pop up style restaurant which was super spicy called Sal Satya.
