After crossing the border from Costa Rica to Panama via Paso Canoas we arrived in Panama’s second largest city David. We only stayed one night before making our way north up to Bocas Del Toro on a packed bus through a tropical mountainous region where we saw heavy rain for the first time in a while, quite refreshing- literally!
